Shipping Information

All orders are processed within two to three business days.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders will be shipped UPS.  UPS shipping options available are Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground.  Please note, shipping time starts once your order has been processed.  

International Orders – Please contact Customer Service for shipping rates.

Sorry, we can not ship to PO Box addresses (UPS will not ship to a PO Box)

Return Policy

Marlowe Candle Company wants you to be completely satisfied with our products. Should you receive your product damaged, please notify us within 10 business days.  All shipments are insured.  Please keep the damaged product in the original box.  UPS will pickup and return to us for inspection.  Your purchase must be returned unused.  Marlowe Candle Company will not provide a refund on used products.  Credit will be posted to your credit card account upon our receipt and inspection of the product.
