Minimums
All initial orders have a minimum of 36 candles (three cases) representing at least 10 different scents.  That's It!  Just a 36 candle minimum.  We prefer it this way to give our retailers an opportunity to try all of our wonderful scents without having to order mass quantities.  We offer 15oz and 22oz containers.  Our retailers can choose to carry one or both sizes.  Votives are sold by the dozen with qualifying container orders only. 

Shipping
Most orders ship via UPS within 1-2 weeks of receipt. There may be times when it can take longer such as Christmas or when we return from Market shows.  We hand pour all our candles but don’t worry, we are busy, busy, busy and always have a lot in stock.

Damaged Candles
We are ever so careful when we pack our candles but on the rare occasion that one arrives in pieces, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will happily replace the candle for you but may require you ship the broken one back.

Wholesale Accounts
In order to support exclusivity, we offer one account per zip code to "brick and mortar" storefronts.  Stores will be considered inactive and will lose their status as a Marlowe Candle retailer if orders are not made within the second week of application approval or after a period of 6 months for our standing accounts.  Just a few more rules:
 

a. Marlowe Candles can only be sold at the address listed on the wholesale application

b. Should the owner own multiple stores, a separate application is required for each store location

c. Marlowe candles purchased wholesale cannot be sold via the Internet, Home-Based Businesses, Craft/Trade Shows, or in Vendor Leased Spaces

Revisions
Just a note to say we may update our terms and conditions, prices, candle scents or design at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel a wholesale account in the event that a retailer is not abiding by our terms and conditions.
